  1. I came all the way from Brazil (no Arb. culture there folks) for the training course with Rol and it was more than worth it.,so I would like to pass it on. I did my NPCT training and assessment with Roland and his crew (Martin and Jamie) at Roland Heming Forestry & Arb. Rol was really helpful with all the arrangements. The fact they could provide the accommodation and PPE was essential for me due to all the travelling I had to do. The B&B have good roomms and service. Every morning I would have an amazing breakfast in the B&B and walk to the training center, it´s literally just in front of the inn. The facilities are brand new and the equipment is all up to date. The theory and practice were spot on. Both the chainsaw and the climbing courses had a great quality on the practical aspect of the courses. We would go to sites with big trees and where "the job had to be done", so we could get real life situations while being supported by the instructors. The assessments where all schedule right after the course with an independent assessor. Rol offers great facilities, good place for practice, good professionals and practical solutions. But, above all, he, Jamie and Martin are great guys. I could count on them trough all my stay. If anyone is looking for a place to train I can really recommend this guys. For sure I´m coming back for Rigging and Large Tree Fell! roland heming forestry and arboricultural training and assessment WWW.ROLANDHEMING.CO.UK chainsaw and arboriculture training and assessment, course costs, venues, nptc certification, climbing and aerial rescue
