  1. @trigger_andy this is our first year in the property so only a single data point but the fig tree grew a fair bit, had a ridiculous amount of leaves but the fruit, although plentiful, did not ripen. @Steve Bullman yes I was looking for recommendations for people to do the pruning. I don't have the skillset nor the confidence to have a go at these trees. They are lovely old trees (the apples especially so) and I don't want to risk their health with a botched job. Thanks for Nick's name, I'll give him a call
  2. Have 3 old apples trees which require attention along with a pear a plum and a fig tree. Congleton area. Any recommendations? Cheers, Ben
