  1. Thanks for your input guys. I'm going to play it safe on this one and do 30% reduction on the canopy and remove a couple of the larger limbs. Have a good week!
  2. Thanks for the advice guys. When you're talking about reducing by 50% and hard-pruning for the whitebeam, can I do something like what's in this picture? I'd actually like to take more off than what's shown in the photo, but don't want to hit it too hard either??
  3. Can a mature whitebeam tree be pollarded? Have a large tree that needs reducing in size and wondering whether it can be reduced by pollarding? Hearing that in some cases they don't take we'll to hard-pruning, and then some say they respond well. Any advice would be great!
