  3. Need your help, to where I can get this part photo below? The part out off a Dormak CR 53 pro? A guy who fixes lawnmowers told me he can't get the part. I can get these diagrams https://www.vegemac.be/smartcat/media/CR_53_H.pdf for the Dormak but the break down is not here for the gear box. Can anyone help or is anyone else ever had this problem ?

  5. Does any know where I can get a sets off blades for a Kawasaki long reach hedge trimmers model GZ25N. It's for a friend who's bottom blade missing 4 teeth.
  6. Ok only getting round to try again on the side pinion. Heated up housing pinion fell out. Turn the pinion around and fell straight in ???? Happy days Hedgecutters up and running again. Thanks all for your HELP ??
  7. Ok heated the housing up well took pinion out off freezer drop it into housing work a treat. Now my wee problem is getting the side pinion back into place. Any help would be great @spudulike

  9. The problem wasn't heating the housing up enough. Had ago there give them a good heat 3 bangs on work bench and fell out. Right will I put the pinion in the freezer for 30mins, then heat the housing up take out off freezer and drop into housing ?
  10. Ok back to heating it up again tomorrow. Need to try and get something to try and push it out when heated. Don't think the hammer is enough or grip to pull it out.
  11. Yes undo the grub screw. I took it off completely. @spudulike I'm afraid to hit it to hard in case I crack the housing
  12. @swinny heat the housing up and you should be able to tap the side pinion out. I try lots of times heating the housing up to get the inside pinion out with NO joy
  13. One down one to go which is the hardest. I been heating the housing up but the one in the inside doesn't want to come out . @spudulike Going to let us in on the BIG secret
