    Hi Guys, Hope you are all well. I am struggling with a question on some homework I have had and wondered if anyone can help. The subject is know how to maintain Health And Safety and the questions are 1. Describe the reasons for maintaining good personal and workplace hygiene? 2. State own ability to deal with health and safety emergencies (eg not carrying out actions beyond own capabilities) I am pretty sure the answer to one of these if not both is to reference a health and safety legislation but just having brain meltdown any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The question asks "describe how to effectively lay out an area" What I was trying to do was to ensure that I had covered everything including signage for areas that are near highways or areas with High Public access. Sorry for being so vague very new to posting on forums.

    Hi guys, i am just stuck on this question and wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction. there is a acronym for traffic management called W.I.D.E Warn Indicate Direct End I was just wondering if anyone has heard of this or knows anything about the laws and regulations on setting up signs on the road for temporary work? many thanks Jamie

    would it be accurate to say that the 3936 document covers good trade and care practice of trees & shrubs that are sold for ornamental or amenity purposes and not necessarily for timber production. It lays out guidelines for the condition in which the plants should be sold and runs through a lot of the terminology used in horticulture.

    Yeah I know. 3998 was quite easy to find info about but 3936 there is just nothing, or not enough to give a small insight on.

    I have just been asked to write a small overview of what it covers. this is the only question I am really having trouble on as their is no real information about what it details inside the book. Thank you for any help

    Hi Guys, Super new to this so forgive me if I miss anything. But I am doing some college work and they have asked me to give a short description of BS3936 but cant find any real info on this can anyone help please? many thanks Jamie
