  1. Thanks for all the replies - much appreciated. I tried to measure them earlier and to the tip, the larger one is touching 7.3m (ish) So not quite the 10m, but a bit higher than they look on the pics. At a guess, what would you expect to pay for removal of these?
  2. The very top seems about level with just above the guttering on the house... So I had that down at around 10m Maybe its less. They do seem very menacing when stood next to them, that's for sure.

  4. Hi, I have two conifers in the garden, that are about 10m high and are around 5m away from the house. I would like to get rid of them, but have heard stories about 'heave' if you remove trees that are close to a house. Would it be ok to remove one, then the other say 6 months later? Or would I be best to get just one of them done in stages over 6 months to be safe? Thanks a lot for any advice. Susan
