  1. Northern Ireland, Tyrone... at the end of nowhere at that.
  2. Thanks, so not a definate remove. I tried a seach for tree surgeon & consultant from your links but none showing for my postcode under 100miles.
  3. Thanks David. Would this then indicate removing the tree? Or could it survive?
  4. Hi, I have an old Horse Chestnut tree close to my house. This late summer I noticed fungi growing from the trunk. Could someone identify it for me and comment if the tree will be compromised & need cut down? Would be a shame to lose it but I am concerned the fungi indicates rot in the centre? Kind regards.

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
