  1. As it happens, I agree.. 3 months intensive (12 months squashed down) is not enough time. As you know however you take your driving lessons to pass and then comes the learning of how it really works. 3 years on if anyone’s listening I have worked for various companies, all have failed to really understand my position. I never stated I’m experienced enough to be a first climber and have always voiced my desire for guidance and progression, yet I have only ever been met with the harsh reality that there is no time for learning. No time for the next generation nor the understanding of my vision to become an independent skilled craftsman in the world of Trees. Admittedly this affected my overall ethic towards the progression of my career. I have previously and up until now admitted defeat, accepting that this is how the world sometimes works, yet still subliminally believing one day I will achieve my goals and fulfill my arb destiny. I didn’t reply because I was overwhelmed at the response and am great full but the timing was not right. So to conclude I leave you with this, I am now 24, I am looking to relocate to work within a team who truly understand my vision and accept me for who and what I am. Wages mean little to me if the right proposal arises as long as I can cover my living expenses and pocket the odd bluey along the way. For you the man who mocks the course yes fair enough feel disrespected at the audacity of an intensive course, but don’t blame me, don’t blame anyone I fact just be positive, because we need more positivity in he world. Peace and everlasting love x
