  1. Take the flywheel out with the bearing on the back in the big block and drive 2 peices of 2x2 wood in betwween the bearing and the fans and then support etither sode with a few blocks so its raised off ground then get sledgey and shock the shaft so it slides off. And to get bearing out just get a small punch and hammer and keep tappin round the outside

  2. Slight problem just realised my pts has expierd last week and dont think i have a sponser anymore :( and need to renew my pts has i work for various people on a contractor basis how do i go about gettin back on the sponser cheers

  3. From experience I would just refurb/replace the lot! Trying to remove bolts from a worn roller that has never been changed is a nightmare, you might as well replace the rest of the assembly as they do break/wear out eventually. If you have the patience and a thread tapping set it may be worth it to save a few pound though but didn't think the cost of a whole kit bushes and all was well out of the way.

Where would be the best place to shop? And how much u think to replace them all?

  4. Went to look / quote a beech tree today to dead wood its quite a big tree and noticed that its got a load of white spots all over the bark about 1/2 way up the main trunk. Had a look around the base and were possible from the ground couldnt see any fungus growths. Any ideas what the white spots are are they harmfull to the tree?
