Titan for me also. If you can wait they will be on offer at some point but I don’t know when that would be. I got mine towards the end of last year. Only paid £35 for it. Full price was £50 at the time of purchase.

Use the husky XP oil. I put green stihl super oil in my 550 and it ran like a bag of shit more or less straight away. Sound rough like it was misfiring and wouldn’t idle. All those problems went away when I used the XP oil

They changed the soles. My first pair had a Vibram sole. The next pair had a Mendel sole. Overall my last pair of Mendel boots haven’t been as good as the first pair I bought. I’m also looking at haix

I had similar problems with my 201. Not Mtronic version. Took it to a recommended dealer to get the problem sorted. They fitted a new carb, ignition module and fly wheel. Parts were subsided by stihl because they knew there was a problem with the original parts. Had the work done aroundb 2018. Saw was probably 2016 ish. Still dicks about a bit now. Doesn’t like to idle until it’s hot but even then it’s not great

Have a look at the Mercedes sprinter tipper. Loads of space in the cab. Good towing capacity and comfortable

I thought the flue should be 1 inch bigger than the outlet. Not qualified on such matters though

Husky’s aren’t hard to start. They just need to be put on half throttle/choke when hot

Check the belt tension on the fly wheel. Loose belts on my chipper caused problems and on a mates chipper also. Neither were entec chippers though. Might not be the problem but costs nothing to check or tighten if you can do it yourself

Ever tried raking up pickup load of green oak sawdust , thanks for your advice but you obviously don't have any experience clearing up after big jobs stick to sweeping up your moms lawn
If you had any experience of cleaning up after a big job you’d mug off the expense and buy a back pack blower. Time and labour are your most expensive commodity.- 4

Mason wood chippers are good. John is really helpful. Helped me with a problem 3 years after I bought the machine from him

Jensen all day long.
Spent today replacing the wheel hub bearings on the forst that took over a week to get to me. More down time
I’ve used forst chippers in the passed but never owned one. They sound like a nightmare from what everyone on here has said.
I’ve got a Jensen myself. It’s been faultless apart from when it ate a pair of fencing pliers. Changed the blades and anvil and carried on using it. I find them well built. I’d buy another one when the time comes- 1
