I emailed the company (Supatracks) but the answers were too positive to believe, they said the product would fix firmly to any sole, so I'm trying to find people with experience of using the studs before I screw them into a new pair of boots and end up taking chunks out of the sole because the rubber isn't strong enough to hold them. It seems the company are still in business, so they must work in some circumstances. In what way do you think things may have moved on? Do you have any product suggestions? Thanks
  2. Do you still use these? What sole do you screw them into? How solid does the rubber need to be to accept them?
