  1. I've got stein vega, really comfortable, didn't get on with the sequoia
  2. Hi, I'm based in Norwich and looking for some climbing/ground work. I have cs30, 31, 32 and 38 - my background is in conservation and have been working in woodland management, scrub clearance etc since 2014. I started climbing in September and have been working with a local company over the winter carrying out small/medium reductions and dismantles including basic rigging and groundwork. Am planning to do cs39 soon and have all my own climbing kit. If anyone needs some extra help, send me a message, thanks. I'm up for odd days as well as something more permanent too.
  3. Hi, I'm pretty new to climbing and just about to buy my first climbing kit. I've used the stein vega before and found it pretty comfy, but I just noticed the stein vega plus as well? Just wondering wether anyone used it and is it worth the extra money?

    Retraining

Hello, yes that would be great. I'm in Norwich but can travel... I have done a little bit of very basic climbing before (just up the tree then down again) and really loved it!

Thanks everyone, that is all very helpful! I think I will go for it then. I'm based in East Anglia.

    Retraining

Hi, I'm 31 yr old female, I have cs30, 31 and 32 and a few years felling and woodland management experience, through working in the conservation sector for the past 5 years. I'm looking for a bit of a change and have often considered climbing, so my question is would I be at all employable if i went and did cs38 and 39 now- I'd be pretty new at it, and also dont have any formal arboriculture training, so I'm just wondering how likely it is someone would employ me?
  7. The clutch has gone on a brushcutter at work, but I can't work out how to actually get to it to replace it! Ive got as far as the photo... Sort of looks like there could be a c clip in there but it's really tight so I'm not sure. Any ideas? Thank you!
