  1. Woodruff had gone again put another in and tried tuning and its getting better but still seems a little rough seems to idle up and down . As above anyone know what might be causing the key to keep breaking?
  2. Checked coil gap and its good. only one slot and i cant see any damage.
  3. Looked again today the woodruff key was broken again so got a new. The spark looks better and it will start after quite a few pulls and will run full revs (not perfect) but won't run less than half throttle it just dies.
  4. I don't think it has 2 keyways but in a way I hope it does that would explain it. Would an ms880 flywheel fit it I can try one to test it.
  5. Hi all I have an 088 that's not working. It had a new pot and piston 3 year ago it ran great for a year or so then one day the woodruff key went on the flywheel. So I got a new one put it in and didn't start the saw for a while. Now it starts but is rough and backfires. I have put a new plug and coil on with no luck the spark looks weak. I'm stuck. Any ideas?
