  1. Previous owner liked vos.

I have had many Mog's over about the last 15 years.

I have found them always to be very good off road but they do have there limits. I have found they will often get where a standard tractor will struggle and vice Versa. But generally very good.

I have always found them reliable if well maintained. I get my parts from merex in Germany and can't rate them high enough. Some parts can get expensive but that's the same with lots of kit these days. They are serviced in house so can't really comment on cost. It's trying to find a competent place happy to take them on which is the tricky bit I think.

    Hope this helps.

  2. I went for a Moffit and love it was on hard standing in my old yard and was great now on concrete but have some drainage channels and a standard forklift gets stuck on them and is a big bump on solid tyres when loaded as nematics seem much more forgiving. Also goes out on site and it's off road capability is astonishing.

Down side and it can be a real pain is its width if you have a double row of pallets you can't sneak one out to get to the back row as your then too wide to fit through the gap. You find ways around it but can get frustrating in a tight spot.

  3. Ha ha. Well it's only right really. I know I have some pics when it Was on the old kubota so will dig them out to morrow if not will have to weight till I'm back in the yard in the week.

I like the look of the extending arm. Has that got a internal ram powering it? Do you find it unbalances the machine or is it counterbalanced by the wider track base?

    Joe

  4. Iv got an extension on my grab for the 5.5t works really well gives you extra hight. but it's mainly the reach that helps and keeping the timber that bit further from the cab if handling and stacking longer lengths will try and get some pics up.

I have it piped as lgp Eddie says via another valve block which diverts the boom pivot circuit . As mine only has a one way beaker.
