Hi there, All my respects to the members of the forum! Maybe you could help me out. I climb with a dinamic alpinist rope 11 mm, a hitch hiker pulley with a 8 mm ocan cord tied with a distel hitch. I found out that once you have been seated for a while, it takes a lot of effort to make it run again. However, i have the same distel, with ocean 8 mm, a micropulley and a semistatic 11 mm rope as my lanyard, and it will run smooth after all my weight has been on it. The knot bites harder in dinamic lines and that is why i can not climb comfy with it? Forgive my english i am writing from Spain, i hope i explain my trouble well All the best and thank you!
