  1. I'm fairly new to the industry too, and also got into it a little later than most. It's an interesting and rewarding career, very physically demanding and it may take time to adapt to that aspect of it. Look around for a training workshop locally, there may be an introductory course that just lasts a few days. They are invaluable for learning about working at heights safety.
