So I'm back to arbtalk after a year away, This time last year I was made redundant from my job as groundsman, spent two months look for any job I can. Finally I got a reply from my local mcdonalds! I took the view that a jobs a job, and took it! Since then I've worked hard and learned all I could, I got employee of the month and employee of the quarter too! The best bit came in December when I got put up for management. So not even been there a year yet and I'm a qualified shift manager! The trouble is the draw of tree surgery is calling me!
