Getting one delivered this week but I'm laid up in hospital so won't be able to report back for a while.

As for the slivers/waste, I was told it is up to 10%. Sounded a lot to me but went ahead anyway.

If you don’t mind me asking, what make is it? Or is it one made by a local fabricator?

I seen they created a bit of ‘waste’ but I’d just use that myself.

  2. Hi folks, I thought I'd resurrect this old thread. I came across a video of a box wedge splitter on YouTube recently and it looked quite productive. Any reason they're not popular here?

Is there any box wedge splitters for sale /available in the UK? I've had a quick google but couldn't find many at all.

  3. I'm on the lookout for a full wrap handle for my Husky 395 if anyone knows where to get one in the UK?

I've been to my nearest dealers but they can't find anything suitable. Part numbers I've been trying are 588 94 62-01 and 503 46 32-71.

Or as a second option, can anyone recommend a reputable company in the USA to buy from?

    Many thanks.
