Hi Thanks for your replies. I borrowed a friends multi-metre and there is power on the key switch and power on out part of the starter, however there is no power going into the starter so I am going to get a new one and hopefully this will solve the problem. Thanks once again

Hi once again You guys have already solved one query so here's another one for you. My above mower has never started on the key (only pull start) since I bought it and was wondering if this is an easy fix. When I turn the key you can hear a whirring noise but nothing else. What do I need to do. Once again thank you in advance

Thanks for the quick reply From what I can make out it mainly the bottom part, but the top part isn't in the best condition so I think a whole new one is needed. Regards

Hello My first post on this forum and I would like some advice. The blade clutch has broken on my ride on mower and have been looking on the internet for replacements. The cheapest I can find is £180 and wondered if anyone out there has had the same problem and if is this part fixable. I am aware that this part is also used on other mowers, but the price remains the same. Any advice/pointers etc would be muchly appreciated
