Hi lads Please can anyone help, took down a massive pine tree the other day every cut was dripping thick with sap, now all my climbing kit ropes, strops, even my zigzag is thick with sap and Is impossible to climb with, I heard sticking it all in the washing machine will help but I was a bit worried about the weight in the drum. I do do that, but I got 2 chippers like 8 sets of blades and when I get them sharpened it's about £58 which over time adds up, So I was wondering if anyone does it them selfs and if it's ok to do.

Hello does anyone know what sort of grinding wheel I should be using to sharpen my timberwolf chipper blades. As they are hardened steel I need 1 that will grind them but not take the tempo out. Does anyone do there own??
