Huge odd shaped timber, oak and elm

No pictures only look round the wood today thousands of tonne to come out but included in that are like 300 year old oaks and elms. We're based in Lincolnshire -
Just wondering what the best thing to do with big or odd shaped timber. Wood we are working at the minute has lots of huge elm and strange shaped oak about. Just wondering what the best thing to do with it is, either mill it ourselves or would we get more money for it at a proper mill or would turners be interest? Seems a waist just to send it as firewood because it really beautiful wood.
