Hmmmm I think that the adjustable bone will be better mate, and the fact that it's adjustable will mean that it should work with a much greater variety of ropes
-
Yeah will do cheers mark, I came very close to ordering 60m of the diet ce version from honey brothers the other day [emoji30]

Hi fredward, what would be the reason for not getting the adjustable top arm version?
-
Ok cheers rich appreciate that, cougar orange it is then.
Where's the best place to get hold of it? Nod? -
Hi chaps I'm after a new line for the bdb as I've retired my tachyon, I also climb on cougar blue but looking for something different although I do still like the cougar.
Is there anything new out there that's any good? KM 111 ? Or HTP ?
Cheers for any advice -
I'm sorry if this has already been bought up but how do you upload pictures?

SRT should have been banned years ago as it's just so dangerous :laugh1:
In fact just the mention of SRT should be punishable by death

Yes mate still got it

Right ok what's the friction like on retrieval compared to the pinto? Plus what's everyone's issue with the pinto top tie? I'm guessing safety? I've used it for years and had no issues at all I personally think it's great but I'm open to suggestions if there's anything better out there?
Cheers Luke

Are you guys using the quickie in conjunction with a pinto top tie replacing the bina?

Hi the Gordon I'm not a million miles away from needing a new spine on my bone. What is this adjustable bone you speak of as I'm intrigued? Need to decide weather to have another bone or go for the akimbo.

New England tachyon is worth a mention quite bouncey but a very good rope none the less, works very well in a bdb

I'm selling my 076av as I'm moving to Australia thought I'd share the link on her incase anyone was looking for one to mill with as there can't be too many good ones about.

Cheers for the post looks to be a big improvement on an already great tool

Definitely try the pinto bud easily the best top anchor for me. Too much friction with wring to ring friction saver and you could still end up doing a walk of shame when it gets stuck in a crotch on retrieval
-
That's brilliant
-
Thanks for posting like that

Cougar or tachyon although I think tachyon is 11.5 it feels bigger in the hand both great choices
-
Without insulting wrench users if your keen to transfer to srt ditch the wrench and get a bulldog bone with a compatable rope ( tachyon, cougar, kernmaster ) you won't look back I promise you

Someone on here will probably come and mill it on site with an Alaskan mill mate pics will help you get people interested. And I would say it's probably less valuable than your client believes
