    cant quite work out what happened, diesel cars don't normally fire up like this, but if it was pinched then torched you think they would have taken the saws out. I hope the owner gets a quick pay out.

    I,m afraid some ones lost a couple of big saws in this burnout in Northamptonshire couldn't quite make out what they were but one had a 5ft bar. Looked like there was a long reach hedgecutter in the back as well. There is a blade sharpener half a mile away so he might have been on his way there. There car was a diesel Rangerover

    Yes, I did have a filter similar to the disc cutter one, but its quite a lump which I thought might strain the carb joint too much. Just looking for a polished aluminium chainsaw helmet to go with it!!

    Ok lashed up a cone filter manifold and its made a hell of a difference to the saws performance.

    Well that would make things a bit easier.

    Not being able to find a new air filter for my Dolmar 166, I was considering putting a K&N Cone Filter on. Would I have to change the jets? Thanks Patrick
