    <p>alright jason its chris milner ive did a bit training with you before. I am after a bit of advice im self employed at the moment and im thinking of doing a loler inspection course, i'm not to keen on the NPTC on course it seems a bit steep and no courses close by but ive seen you talk about the course NARC do over at kendal. If i done this course and passed would i be able to loler inspect other peoples kit?</p>
