Hi the generator you have got is a RA 4 with a PTO and will have been built at the ECC Wolverhampton in 1986 . I do know this as I was a service engineer from 1964 until it closed in 1985 Regards old time fitter.

Yes the M/C you have got is a RS4 made by the ECC in Wolverhampton uk . the PTO was put on when the M/C was built and tested. the voltage reg is at the back off the M/C under the back cover .how I know this I was at the ECC Wolverhampton works as a service engineer until it closed in 1985 .I hope this will help;
