    Ladybirds

What is occurring with the ladybird population? Today, in N,W. England, it was a glorious sunny day. The rear of my house was bathed in sunshine. My wall and windows were covered with hundreds of baby ladybirds. They normally breed much earlier. Is this another example of the seasons changing? Hard to understand after the storms and cold weather that we've had lately.

  6. BillQ, do you think that, if I ask nicely, I'll be allowed to join the game? In anticipation of a positive answer I'll list the ships that I served on. Then, it'll be up to others to guess my name rank and number. Here we go . . . . . . . . . 1963 HMS Raleigh - shore 1964 HMS Cambridge - shore 1964 HMS Ashanti - F117 1965 HMS Excellent - shore 1966 HMS Scarborough - F63 1967 HMS Decoy - D106 1970 HMS Excellent - shore 1971 HMS Royal Arthur - shore 1971 HMS Excellent - shore 1974 HMS Victory.
