  1. I have a refurbed timberwolf 150 which went in for a service, the mechanic replaced the infeed cable going into the solenoid. Now the stress mechanism isn't working. It seems strange its suddenly stopped working after he changed the cable. Could this have affected it, he seems unsure, I dont think he works on them much. Any help appreciated!

Hi, Could anyone advise me on some good business software Ive recently set up on my own, as the quotes/invoices etc are building up i'm very fast realising just saving everything in word is getting time consuming and connfusing. Im looking for a package to speed things up and make everything more streamlined. Any ideas much appreciated!

  9. Hi, Had enough of living in over priced surrey, so me and the misses are looking into moving to norfolk. My main worry is finding tree work. Run my own business here so would eventually want to do that, but wasnt sure if theres much work there. Any info much appreciated

  16. Ive found a yard, never had to rent one before so not sure on pricing, this is what ive been offered. Its on a farm, with a few other people renting other areas 1 container, think its 20', fits everything in 40x20' next to container to store and split logs 30 quid to tip a full load of hedge cuttings, maybe logs for 220 per month Im thinking this is a pretty good deal...?
  17. I know word of mouths best.. but its hard at the start, need to find ways to increase customers quick. 'Branching' out from current company I work for, if can just get two more jobs a week i'll have enough to go at it alone. Any other ideas?

  19. Thinking of new ways to advertise. Never really considered check-a-trade but had the chimney sweeper round this morning and he said forget google and use check-a-trade. Reckons he gets loads of work through it. Would be interested in hearing others experiences with them? good or bad?

  24. only used one for ten minutes, first thing i noticed was the vibration. May look exactly like the echo, but the materials certainly arent as good
