1.
**** hello mate I've only just got this message, i never look at this. Sorry man, we should go for a pint for sure.

2. I like the look of the hands on nature of the Treekit course, i think arb specific first aid is so important in helping people to understand and appreciate the dangers of working in our industry. There are a lot of companies who claim to do arb specific first aid but from experience its usually just a case of sitting in a room having someone who has never picked up a chainsaw in their life just showing you gory pictures. Thats hope more companies can take a leaf from Treekit, i know first aid and health and safety are not topics that people associate with as being interesting.
3. Cheers guys, was looking at the Treekit course. I really like the look of that, actually looks like the guys might take something away from it. The companies we have used in the past tend to just be your standard first aid courses with a few horror pictures of chainsaw wounds thrown in for good measure, all undertaken in a class room and very dull. Really want to find something arb specific, hence why I've been looking at the Treekit courses.
4. Does any one have any recommendations of any good companies? Thanks in advanced
5. Still trying to find someone to service two chippers and a stump grinder. Yard is based in Bristol any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
6. Just wondering if any one knows any companies that they would recommend for servicing chippers and stump grinders in the Bristol area. Or does any one no of any companies that would travel.
7. Just wondering if any one can recommend any good first aid training course in or around the Bristol area. We have been using the same company for a while but I'm not sure they fit our requirements any more. Ive seen that Treekit do a very specific Arb first aid course and was wondering if there are other such courses out there. Thanks for any help chaps.
8.
Yo Dude! How's tricks? Pint is over due... we should find a minute soon. Take it easy

9. As the above states. In urgent need of a wood chip site in or around newport for the next few days. Please call Chris Gill on 07808915885
10. I think the government largely forgets not just the ecological but historical significance of many of our ancient woodlands. They think they are forward thinking in their ideas, and that planting more trees is an adequate replacement when it simply is not. These woodland have developed over hundreds of years and the trees and the fauna and flora that are associated with them make for a complex ecosystem. This habitat is something that cant simply be replaced by planting new trees. If are ancient woodlands arnt fragmented enough and under threat from developers now this. Jeez.
11. Was on a beech. The bark was falling off leaving a large wound.
12. Just wondering what this was? Not very good quality im afraid.

14. We had all are kit stolen from both our trucks on site a few months back. The police raided a traveller camp and found a lorry filled with stolen arb gear, needless to say we got nearly all the kit back. After we had shelled out for new stuff though however. Perhaps you will get lucky like we did. Good luck mate. There are a lot of low life people out there.
15. Note sure on the height now im afraid, these don't really do it justice but trying to capture the grandeur of trees is a rather difficult skill. Id say roughly 40ft but I really cant remember and its probably more.Im six two and that bracket was at least an arms length out of reach. I saw a lot of trees that day!
