  4. hi, im looking for some work in arboriculture. im 22 yrs of age live in Ledbury, ive got my own transport and dont mind travelling an hour or so. been trying to get into this trade for a while now. i am really looking for an apprenticeship, but just looking to get some experience. dosent have to be saw work. got my own ppe and saw. i cut and split firewood for myself but have no experience in felling. im avalible 7 days a week, many thanks Baden.
  5. thanks for replies. going self employed is not a problem if i had the work. i got ppe boots, trousers, helmet. and just about to get a new saw cus 039 just about had it now so i will get a pro saw. im going to have a phone around:001_smile:
  6. hi, im new to this site, looking for an employer for an apprenticeship in forestry. something ive wanted to do for a long time and if i can find someone good enough to take me on, the college has a place for me. i hold a full driving licence and my own transport. have experience with chainsaws and hard work. ive worked outdoors all my life on farms and building trade but forestry/ arborculture is the route i want to go down. i live in Ledbury, Herefordshire but im willing to travel a few hours.
