  5. yes mate makes sense and very helpful will stick a new cam in it n give it another shot, thanks.
  6. how do i ad the image and do i need to strip it?
  7. just gave it another try if i throw myself on it it does lock but seems to need every pound i weigh(which isnt much) maybe its just me bein a bitch? but as for the slippage is this normal or will a new cam job?
  8. no rubber stops on my krab n have gone up a few feet and just let go and ended up on the floor so thers not much more weight i can give it however if i lock it off first n snap my weight into it its ok most of the time but if i move about it will start to drift again.
  9. i might try n change the cam but when i say i doesnt lock i dont mean that i drift slowly, if i dont lock it off it falls just like vt but much more expensive, are they usually this bad when the cam goes?
  10. have recently bought a used spiderjack and a new rope(pi) to go with it, since the new rope it self tends much better but doesnt seem to lock off unless i pull the tail up through the pulley and also tends to slip abit which is abit unnerving at height. given all the good reviews im guessing this isnt the average spiderjack experience? is it that im doing something wrong or does it need a new cam or could it be that its a new rope or do you usually have to pull the the rope up to make em stop? thanks all in advance
