  1. hi yes unscrewed it and washed out out with pure petrol which came out sooty but no difference afterwards.

Hi firstly hello as i just joined second i know it isnt a chainsaw but there is no place like this that i found for other kit The machine is 3/4 years old only used seasonally in my rather large garden but its playing up now , starts ok and idles but will not run high speed for cutting and dies on me. so far have :- replaced fuel reset carb settings new plug air filter is clean checked the muffler / spark arrestor is clean lubricated cutters any ideas before i have to start dismantling the carburettor ? Thanks:confused1:
