  1. I would guess about 7 or 8 hours. I started it yesterday and roughed it in for about 4 hours or so. The first nose was too long, so I trimmed it today and carved the face details, ears, etc. for about another 3 or 4 hours. I am going to hit the back with a wire wheel on a drill yet to make hair befor I torch the rest of the body.
  2. My wife sorta laughted at it. Not sure if that was because she thought it is cute, or she couldn't tell what it is. lol

  5. Along about Holloween, I happened to meet a local fellow that does beautiful chainsaw carvings. His mushrooms are incredible. That sparked my interest. I watched a few youtube videos and finely just had to head for the woods to find a log.
