    what i am also looking for is a redirect wich is possible to remove wilst in the tree. without climbing to it and without loosing your TIP. i don`t think it is possible in a 100% safe way. but i had some ideas.

    I always cimb with base anchor. ok it has a bit slack sometimes. but i think this is good because even when your at your TIP point you still have a tree hight of rope for breaking your fall. for redirects it would be cool to have compostable material so you can just leave it in the tree dont use it but have been thinking about it.
