I suffer really bad from it and went to my local health shop as i dont like taking chemicals. My practitioner said that it is a lack of calcium in the joints that does it so put me on a course of calcium and magnesium. Within a week the pain had completely gone.. I thought it was a placebo effect so finished the bottle and within a fortnight the pain had come back. I bought another bottle and the pain went again! I take one a day with my breakfast and think nothing of it now... Nearly a miracle to be free from the crippling pain!
