  1. Cheers guys Thought the use of hand signs is the best, but is this acceptable for the prospective employer?
  2. Hi I am looking at how hard of hearing can communicate with the ground staff while in the trees. Other than the most obvious method of planning the task up front and working up a system [hand signs for example], is there any device that can maybe turn verbal commands into a viewable text? Sounds pretty furturist:001_cool: but how can I communicate while in the tree, considering I am not the best on the radio as I suffer hearing issues? Any advise will deserve a beer, thats if you live in Bristol!
