  7. I had a similar thing. If it is an intermittent fault then it might just be a case of replacing the relays at both the switch, and the roller. That's all mine was. Used to make me lose my **** when it played up, but such a simple, inexpensive fix. Hope that helps

  10. I know, its very frustrating. I was hoping someone wold take it. I might have somewhere to keep it, but no way of getting it there, and as I am not a turner its of no real use to me. What about if I cut it into 2 lumps?... (joke)
  11. Unfortunately, I've not had any interest, looks like it getting logged for fire wood. If any one has any interest then PM me by 11th Nov.
  12. where abouts is he based mate? I googled arbscape, and its coming up in Scotland?
  13. yes please mate, that would be really helpful. cheers
  14. No mate, pm me if interested.
  15. It's a TPO'd tree. A big limb snapped out at the beginning of the year and flattened the owners car, so I'm gonna go with the tree inspectors decision. To be fair, the woman's house is in total darkness, and this time of year her whole house is full of berries, which isn't a great combination with her pets and grandchildren. It is a shame the tree has to come down, but there we go. I don't want to waste the timber, seems a sin to just log it up and take it to the tip, especially since I have seen some of the amazing bits of art that have been created using this wood. However, I don't have the time or equipment to deal with it. So if someone can make use of it, I'd prefer it went to a good home. No price in mind, make me an offer and it's most likely yours, but you'll need to be able to remove it from site. Cheers for your input guys.
