  2. Hi, I look after a 250 acre estate. on the perimeter of the estate we have 80 acres of neglected woodland, some ancient, some sssi and a lot of it hazel coppice. I am after some advice on how best to manage this site and would like to know if anyone can recommend a consultant who could give us ideas on how best to manage the woods, restore the coppice, look at timber extraction and potential commercial gain. I should say these woods are predominately native species on a sloping southern aspect. Access isn't great due to the sloping nature although we have narrow woodland paths and can mainly gain access to the woods from the top of the slope. Hope you can give me some names of good consultants. Many thanks
  3. Hi Curtis, it doesn't have to be a Lucas mill. The oaks are large and I thought the Lucas mill would be the best as the but doesn't have to be moved. What are you thinking Curtis?
  4. Looking for someone with a Lucas mill near Godalming to help us mill some oak, sycamore and pine bulks. Can anyone help?
