From my research end of last year with ABC awards there aren't many centres offering this course. An the centres that do run the course may opt to run it in different formats for example distant learning, one evening a week etc... . PM me and I will give you an contact name and number with Myerscough if you haven't had a reply. Be great to get some dialogue with guys who have recently taken the RFS cert for their comments on worthwhile books to purchase and from guys who are also taking the 2013/14 course. Please feel free PM

  7. Great thread English Arb, I have over 20 years experience as a Trainer/Instructor in the public sector and fitness industry in different skills and also through hobbies. Alas most of the courses were carried out as in house training or job specific, so I don't really have widely recognised papers to carry over into different sectors. I have heard of PTTLS, this was moons and i believe was the qual needed to teach English abroad. Like English Arb I would also like to know as much as possible about gaining this qual as I enjoying learning, adding strings to my bow and you never know perhaps one day I may wish to impart knowledge of the Saws at a later date. I would be grateful for a info please guys! Thanks CTL The Pen is Mighter than the Saw!! Once you've had the correct training and assessments
  8. Thanks Steve, Took your advice and started a thread in the Insurance section and with the help and reassurance from previous threads I got a quick conclusion and fantastic result. I get the feeling I'm going to need moderation in my "early developmental years of communication" (be kind!!). It's great to have graduated from "Lurker school" I never had the patience to keep quiet for days on end! I think I have just cracked how to qoute? ( Previous post should be at Header) Now for my next trick? How do I I save a signature block /Strap/tag line when I finish a post, me thinks it's one of the 3 wraps Thanks once again great forum!! CTL The Pen is mighter than the Saw!! Once you had the correct training & assessments
  9. Thanks Guys, I feel the quest is nigh!! Could'nt find an Arb Insurer that would increase PL and EL mid term on a per job only basis, as had been mentioned by a few on my adventures. Please PM me in the future if you should have details of any. I Had a busy but enjoyable day in the ring for insurance, educative and informative regarding definitions and packages available and some good chat by a few. It was quite refreshing to speak to the organ grinder in the end in so much as someone who was: polite, could converse and knew their product and survived my 10 minute round pommel of questions, also had patience and understood the meaning of "I'm busy right now, I'll call you back"! To top it all off I got a quick response with all documents containing the full brief arriving by email ........Ohhhh what a package! As competitive in price as my saw with all the neat built in features included as standard that got me warm on a wet highland day! My only reservation with any insurance is the pay out!! I think this one's going to be straight forward and simples! You're hired!!
  10. Great Threads Guys!!! I'll keep my junior darwinists comments to myself!! Somebody teach me how to cut n paste previous threads to the standard! You know it'll make you feel good........ imparting the knowledge! With regards to " The Divorce Rate high around here!" Not with the next generation " Survival of the fittest" just spent some quality time with the family! Spent all day submitting a tax return and sorting out marketing and new biz insurance.... then spent the emergency gas light with Wifey watching 8 out 10 gave her total control whilst I caught up with this thread with due dilligence!......Kids tucked up in bed......well! ....our bed! Between us keeping the bond! Marital Bliss Ahhhh!
  11. Thanks guys, open question - Other than Trust, Arborisk & NFU are there any other established insurers worth a call regarding openining thread please?
