  1. Good vid. Would it cope with herbaceous and rootballs etc do you know?
  2. Cheers for that peeps. The thing is I will probably be doing more gardening than tree work. I am a qualified climber but I did not start climbing until I was 35. I got put up some massive trees and promptly **** my pants in terror. I still do small/medium jobs for friends relatives etc but I know my limits. I would think a shredder will be of more use to me on the back of a trailer type setup. Plus I seem to deal with more contaminated waste than anything else these days I fancy on of those Eliet Prov IV's also; I have used the major and it was a little disappointing. That said I have only ever used full size diesel chippers before. At nearly 7k its an awful lot of money for me as I am only just starting out. Also I have seen on ebay for example man + chipper for hire @ £120 etc Would this be possibility of getting work for a high end shredder do you think? I am wondering if my assumptions a about right; all help appreciated VE
  3. I am interested in the Jo Beau. Would it be able to cope with hedge clippings, vine leaves and nettle roots etc. I am doing some work for my now (ex) in-laws its taking ages to burn and the smoke is upsetting the neighbors
  4. Hi all, I have been a lurker for a while and I am gonna join in the fun VE
