    <p>I hope all is well. I thought I'd get in touch again as I'd not heard from you. Could you let me know whether my book arrived to you and how we can arrange it's return? I will be at the ATF Summer Event Weds/Thurs and the AA Show on the Saturday if this is useful and have colleagues working on the ATF and Treeworker stands also. As some of my co-workers are also interested to look at the ISA certification, it would be useful if I could let them utilize the information. Regards - Sal</p>
