  1. I stand by what I said about the climbing gear , I was working for them and wound'nt use it no matter how big they are they needed new climbing rope and harness, I had some great time's climbing tree's I never had before. And you do hear and see alot behind closed door's.

I still talk to the old manager and have gone in and taking jobs form them , but that's life we all need to make a living.

  2. It still makes me sick to see this after 4 saws were taken from the van and never to be seen again after 5 years , it cost so much to buy in the first place and too do it all again. A list of details given to dealer and garda but not a thing back.

What should we do put up a thread here with all details on stolen items to help each other ?

  3. I worked for Barletts abit last year , got some good climbing time with them , money was'nt that bad just under a €100.00 a day the only thing I did'nt like was the ground staff were always giving out about everthing and everyone and we did'nt get paid for over time I did use my own climbing kit as there gear was'nt great.

  4. Best item for the job is me , did 5km of wire fenceing for the brother in law on the farm last year too keep the cows in loved every bit of it. You will need a post driver if the tractor is not knocking them it for ya.

    Post driver

    Hammer

Wire cutters / wire pullers I think the one I used was a chain type.

    U Nails

2 people and a pole to roll the wire out.
