Can any one recommend any sprays to help with a woolly Aphid infestation on a customers apple trees ? Thanks in advance, Jay.

From our Agronomist;

Woolly Aphid is starting to become more obvious on trees. These are the breeding colonies, mainly on burrs and pruning cuts, and they will start to migrate onto branches over the next few weeks. Aphox (at high water volume and good temperatures) Gazelle or Mainmain are the main control options. Calypso is not particularly effective.

As the title says required for couple of potentially long days for work around Colchester this Wednesday and Thursday. You are to supply PPE only. We will supply saws, climbing kit etc.

Friend of mine has some of the above and is looking for a new fence panel in return.

Access by wheelbarrow. Wood is about 1m long, reckon there is about 2 cube?

Had a wierd email offering me 250 ton of beech near cleveland bristol today; all cut to 4-5 ft lengths I've replied saying it's useless in those lengths but wonder if it's a scam...

One of the members put a picture of a great one they made out of ply jaws and long coach screws to hold the logs in place.

Wonder if they could put it up again as it was a work of art!

As had bit of a complicated situation went to BTS and was trained by Mutt. Very good trainer. Had test yeterday and passed so well chuffed. Would recommend BTS.
