  2. Hi all It's a long shot but you never know,does anybody know of a gp boom anywhere in the UK that was originally mounted on a Kockums 822 I want just the boom but would buy complete machine if any stil exist, Many thanks

It may be a case of there is millions of tonnes out there but harvesting it is not always viable with where it is hence why its still standing there,we buy all our standing coppice privately to sell to the firewood trade etc,but the amount of jobs that are crying out to be cut and the owners just wont let you touch is ridiculous,thats where the forestry commision should be getting there finger out which would create more jobs in the cutting side.
  4. Hi all,that wood has all gone,we are cutting in Horsted Keynes sussex and have 400 tonne of mainly hornbeam and some silver birch coming out,you would need to sort your own haulage unless it was local to the job,thanks

Hi all,starting a job near Ardingly Sussex soon with 16 arctic loads of Hornbeam coming out,its mainly big timber so not all will be processor size,will be cut to 11ft so will fill three bays on arctic nicely,good hard access,if anyone local is interested and has there own haulage man let me know as its out of my haulage mans area,many thanks
