Hi all I have just bought one of those P1pi chinese saws. Yes I know. Contacted them for an alternative bar as 20 inch is a bit on the large size. I was told I am not allowed to run any other bar and chain. They said it was designed for that size bar only. As it runs the correct speed. Surely a load of old bolony. Warranty would be affected. Not sure how they would know. I expect whe warranty is as effective as Izal toilet paper. Your thoughts. Just fancied one to see how it went. Just because

  4. £400 to a forum member. I bought it three months ago from a landscape gardener. It had never been used. I took the plug out and the piston was still shiny new. I have cut up a 90 year old oak, Thats it. Can post:thumbup1:

  8. Sachs Dolmar 111 1987 vintage Super condition
  9. I have had the plug out, piston is shiny new. 20 INCH BAR, 2 CHAINS £90 IS £90. Warranty is valid if it is serviced. The use i will give it, i would be surprised if it broke down with the good reviews it gets, Don't be so cynical:001_tt2: Anyway its my money. Always got some peanut putting a downer on a sale. Got fek all better to do. What a pleb:cursing:
  10. Sure does sound good:001_smile:
  11. Thanks Spud, so its just fast idle instead of rev its tits off like my previous huskies:biggrin: till you blip the throttle that is! Guess i flooded it on my first start up. Give it a go tomorrow and bury the burger into some fruit tree before the oak, Give it a bit of run in time atb
  12. Hi all, the 365 special arrived today. The reason i got it cheap was it was bought by a landscape gardener who never used it. It is a 2011 model Like new apart from a bit of rust on the exhaust. A couple of questions! I am used to a two stage choke, this one the choke is on or off. Is this right? I have taken the plug out and the top of the piston is shiney new. The other thing is for a 70cc saw the compression doesn't seem that great. It pulls over much the same with the decompression in or out. When it starts, man does it zing though. Sounds and revs as sweet as a nut. Your thoughts please? atb:001_smile:
  13. 365 ordered, it will be here Tuesday Enlighten me please on getting to 372 spec please:thumbup1:
