  1. About an hours drive I'd say. Allowing for the a350 traffic
  2. We are on the lookout for a self employed ground worker for a minimum of 3 days next week. 19th 20th 21st September. Possibility of more work depending on how everything goes. Must be local to the Wiltshire area. We are based in Calne. Own PPE required. Aerial rescue and chainsaw oporator preferred. Check our website and get in touch. E-mail is preferable I will get back to you ASAP! Friendly new company. Work hard and have a laugh doing it!
  3. I agree.... Be a shame to get rid. A good amount of weight reduction would help. But knowing how cautious people are with health and safety etc I can see why they may want it removed.
  4. UPDATE!!! Had a call from Nigel Fletcher this week regarding the issue. Had a great chat with him and he is definitely getting things sorted for me. Really pleased to know that people do actually care about issues and will take steps to resolve. Cant say enough about how well it has been handled. Great work from Fletcher Stewart.!!
  5. Thanks for the input guys Dont think I will be using stein for my storage needs again certainly not worth the £40 I spent on it. £20 max from now on i think!
  6. I have heard good things about the Hi-Gear holdall and the Mountain equip which is similar so I think I will be leaving the "specialist" bags alone!
  7. Purchased the bag for around about the £40 mark. Looked like a winner, big enough and easy to carry! Had christmas came early?????? Uh No I ordered it, and the company that I ordered it from took my money and then told me it was out of stock! When it finally arrived everything went in that I wanted to. I left out the spikes for obvious reasons..... At this point still very happy. 2 Days later the strap at the top came completely unstitched and the black mesh ripped leaving a small hole to begin with then once I picked it up with the one strap that was still intact the mesh ripped wide open! Actually useless. Anyone else had a problem or recommend something of similar storage and with decent back pack type straps? I am a big fan of stein gear normally but seriously let down by this one.
  8. Marry and accountant! Thats what I did, Not intentionally but she is working out quite well. However not cheap in the long run! numerous tasks to do at home and clothes shopping sprees all funded by me. Infact thinking about it..... DON'T marry an accountant.... HA
