  1. Applied earlier in the week but the position had been filled according to the email I received on Thurs.
  2. Not much as I passed post 97. I've been looking into it though and I'm thinking of doing an intensive course to make more more employable. Waiting to hear from a company near me.
  3. I have a few from the Saturday on flickr Chainsaw carving - a set on Flickr
  4. Hello. I’m looking into getting into this field of work, I started by doing voluntary for around 18 months where I learnt various techniques such as planting and crown raising smaller stuff as I first used hand tools only. I then gained some tickets and a bit of experience in felling for a few months up near Leeds but I ended up having to move back down to The Midlands. I’ve been gardening for 6 odd months now I’m based in NW Leics but I will travel if I can get some work as I have my own transport and no dependants. Tickets I have are NPTC CS 30/31, NPTC Pesticides PA1, PA6 and PA06W, emergency aid in the workplace for appointed persons, LANTRA Brushcutter, LANTRA 4x4, LANTRA Winch H+S and I also have 2 Hedgelaying courses under my belt! I’m a hard grafter and am willing to prove my worth if needed. Any advice would be appreciated but a job would be better! Many thanks Oscar
