Apprentice Conservation Arborists - Epping Forest

Aw, shucks! You guys are too kind! It is a great opportunity, with a great employer (although, I may be a touch biased!) and our previous 6 apprentices have all gone on to great jobs in the industry if they chose to continue on that path. The 3 that are currently with us are all headed in the same direction, excelling in both their studies and practical work. We don't have an age limit but the Apprenticeship cannot be taken by anyone who has a) a degree in any subject or b) a level 2/HND in trees and timber. Basically, if you have already 'used up' your government funded learning ladder or completed the same academic element of the apprenticeship scheme. All the information will be in the Application Job Pack which will be online during the advertisement period. Thanks for your support. -
Hi Folks, Just thought I'd give a heads up for the next round of recruitment for 3 x Apprentice Conservation Arborists positions at Epping Forest. We will be advertising from mid-July for a start date in October. Open competitive recruitment process. 12 month contract at Epping Forest, working on our Veteran Trees as part of the Heritage Lottery Funded, Branching Out Project. Delivered in association with Capel Manor College to gain a Level 2: Trees and Timber Apprenticeship. Some technical certificates included as part of the training.
