  1. Hello Rick,

I may be looking for an experienced climber for large take downs and reductions, and also a pair of hands on the ground if you would be interested? Im in Poynton just between Macclesfield and Stockport. Let me have your number and I might get in touch shortly.

    Cheers,

    Adam

  2. Hi Giles,

It was quite easy yes. I just kept all receipts and downloaded technical spec and weights of a 110 HD from Land Rover website. Ammended my log book to a new revenue weight of 3500Kg and sent it all off to DVLA. They did write to me asking for more info, but I rang the number and spoke to the lady who was dealing with my case direct. She couldn't have been more helpful, and after checking all my paperwork added up she signed it off and sent me a new log book.

I got myself a new plate made and hey presto, a 3500kg LEGAL 110.

I would fit the helper coils aswel if you havnt already done so. I am even considering changing to inner air helper springs.

If you need any more info let me know.

    Adam
