  1. Totally agree. If you could get hold of them anymore! The straight 362 has been great, as were the 361 and 036 before them
  2. Not sure. All I know is that if its got a C at the end, its the new electronic timing/unadjustable carb. We've got brushcutters with the new system that have been fine. Its just the saws with the problem.

  4. I just wanted to find out if anyone else out there is having problems with new Sthil saws? We recently bought 2 new ones - an MS 362 and an MS 362C. The straight 362 has been 100% reliable, as they always used to be. The 362C - the one with an ECU in it (like a car has...FFS!) has been a nightmare - returned to the dealer several times. Fixed under warranty, still not right. Waiting for a 'software update' at the moment!! Its the way all saws are going I know - to reduce emissions - I'm all for that. But not if the products they're selling aren't up to the level we all expect from Stihl. Anyway, love to hear any thoughts...Cheers
  5. LGV driver (class 2 HGV) required for small firewood and forestry company based in Limpsfield, North Surrey. Duties to include : delivering logs into South London, operating machinery in our yard assisting with firewood production. There will also be opportunities to work with the forestry team on felling and clearance jobs. Candidate will require LGV category C (HGV Class 2) licence and Hiab ticket.
