    Bit late maybe but i had same problem with my 37. Your bars is off square. To fix - loosen two bolts that hold on the whole saw head at the back side of the machine above where the sawdust comes out. Put a level vertically down your bar and adjust to level. Its a two man job to get it right

    easy. take off chain drive belt turn belt sideways to get it in, its tight but fits. slacken adjustment screws beside pto, stick on the three belts, tighten all back up again!
